Sound familiar?

  • Knots between your shoulder blades that never fully let go
  • An aching back from sitting at a desk all day
  • Tight hips and hamstrings after training, long drives, or long shifts
  • Second- or third-trimester back, hip, and leg aches
  • Swelling and stiffness after a surgery your surgeon has cleared you to address
  • Tension headaches that start in your neck and jaw
  • Stress you can feel in your body, not just your head
  • Carrying a vest, a pack, or a kid on the same shoulder for years

What a massage here is like

01

Book & intake

Choose a modality and length online or by phone. A short health form covers injuries, surgery, pregnancy, and the pressure you prefer.

02

Five-minute consultation

Your therapist reviews the form with you and confirms focus areas and anything to avoid.

03

The session

Private room, always draped, at your pressure — say "lighter" or "deeper" any time. Thai massage is done clothed on a mat.

04

Afterward

Drink water and take it easy for an hour. If you want to make it regular, we'll suggest a sensible interval — no pressure to buy a package.

Massage for veterans & first responders

ME Mind and Body was built around the veteran and first-responder community. Massage is 20% off with proof of service, and many clients pair it with drug-free neurofeedback — working on the nervous system from two directions, under one roof, with one person coordinating it. Ask about scheduling both on the same visit.

Massage questions, answered plainly

I've never had a massage before. What should I expect?

A short intake form, a five-minute conversation about what's bothering you and how much pressure you like, and then the session — in a private room, always draped, at your pace. You can say "lighter" or "deeper" at any point. Plenty of first-timers tell us they were nervous on the way in and relaxed on the way out.

Is your massage therapist licensed?

Yes. Massage therapy at ME Mind and Body is provided by a Nevada-licensed massage therapist. You are welcome to ask to see the license at your visit.

What should I wear, and how does draping work?

Undress to your comfort level; you are covered with a sheet the entire time and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Thai massage is done fully clothed on a mat — wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing for it.

How much does a massage cost?

From $50 for a 30-minute upper-body or head massage to $175 for a 90-minute medical/orthopedic session. Full-body is $80 (50 min) or $120 (80 min); deep tissue $90/$130; prenatal $80/$120; lymphatic drainage and craniosacral $100/$150. Veterans and first responders get 20% off with proof of service.

Can I book a massage and a neurofeedback session on the same day?

Yes — many clients pair them. Neurofeedback sessions run 30–45 minutes of training inside a 60-minute appointment; a massage before or after is an easy fit. Call 702.850.2021 and we'll line them up.

How often should I come?

There is no rule. For a specific problem area, people often come weekly or every other week at first and then space sessions out; for general maintenance, every three to six weeks is common. We'll suggest a sensible interval after your first session — no pressure to buy anything.
