Lymphatic drainage massage · Las Vegas
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) uses very light, rhythmic strokes to encourage fluid to move out of swollen tissue toward the lymph nodes, where your body clears it. It's most often requested after plastic or cosmetic surgery, and by people dealing with general puffiness and heaviness. Post-surgical sessions require your surgeon's clearance.

For post-surgical work, bring your surgeon's clearance or a note of when massage was approved. We ask about your procedure, incisions, garments, and any drains.
Supported and comfortable, with incisions and sensitive areas protected. Compression garments come off only as needed and go back on after.
Slow, feather-light, rhythmic strokes that follow the direction of lymph flow — first near the nodes, then from the swollen area toward them. If it feels like a regular massage, it's too deep.
Drink water and follow your surgeon's instructions for garments and activity. Post-op clients often book a short series in the first weeks; your surgeon will usually suggest a schedule.
Light. Almost no pressure, in a slow rhythm. Most people find it deeply relaxing and some doze off. There is no kneading and no deep work near a surgical site.
We don't massage over open incisions, drains, or areas your surgeon hasn't cleared, and we don't work on anyone with an active infection, a suspected blood clot, or a fever. When in doubt, we'll ask you to check with your doctor first.
Sixty minutes covers one region (abdomen and flanks, or legs, or face and neck). Ninety minutes is for a full-body session or more than one region.
Veterans & first responders: 20% off with proof of service. Cash-pay; we do not bill insurance. Itemized receipts are available for HSA/FSA claims — most plans need a physician's Letter of Medical Necessity for massage tied to a diagnosed condition (FAQ).
You have heart or kidney disease, a history of blood clots or DVT, an active infection, or are in cancer treatment. MLD is gentle, but it isn't for everyone.
Your surgeon's clearance, your compression garment, and loose clothing. Skip lotions on the day.
MLD here is provided by a Nevada-licensed massage therapist as a comfort and wellness service. It does not replace your surgeon's aftercare or any prescribed lymphedema therapy.
Massage therapy is provided by a Nevada-licensed massage therapist for relaxation, comfort, and general wellness. It is not medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition, please check with your physician first and tell us at intake.
No. It's one of the lightest forms of massage — slow, rhythmic strokes with barely any pressure. Post-op clients are often surprised by how gentle it is.
Whenever your surgeon clears you for massage — bring the note or the date it was approved. Every surgeon and procedure is different, so we go by their instructions, not a fixed rule.
No. A relaxation or deep tissue massage works muscle; MLD works the skin and the fluid just beneath it, in a specific direction, with feather-light pressure. If you want both, book them as separate sessions.
All nine modalities, prices, and what a session is like are on the massage therapy page.
