Evidence-informed EEG neurofeedback in a quiet Las Vegas studio — a promising complement to care for PTSD, anxiety, ADHD and focus, sleep, traumatic brain injury, and recovery. Non-invasive, painless, and deeply relaxing.
Neurofeedback is EEG biofeedback — brain training. Small sensors read your brainwave activity in real time while you relax, watch calming visuals, and listen to audio. When your brain produces healthier patterns, the program responds — and over time, your brain learns to find those patterns on its own. Nothing is sent into your brain; the sensors only listen. We train on the BrainPaint® system, an automated, evidence-informed platform, so every session follows a consistent protocol.

Neurofeedback is a form of biofeedback training. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological care and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Research is promising and still developing; individual experiences vary. Talk with your clinician about whether it is a good fit for you.

Book online and complete a short intake. Come with clean, dry hair (no gel or heavy product) so the sensors read well; eat normally and skip extra caffeine.
We talk about what brought you in and what care you're already getting. A brief questionnaire-based assessment then selects a starting protocol. It is not a medical diagnosis.
A few sensors are placed on your scalp and ears with a little paste — they only listen; nothing goes in. You sit back and watch flowing visuals and sound that respond to your own brain activity. Most people find it deeply relaxing.
We ask how it felt and talk honestly about a realistic course — single sessions or a package — and about anything your clinician should know. Progress is reviewed at every session.
Neurofeedback sessions use the automated BrainPaint® system, operated by trained staff in our Fort Apache studio. Massage therapy is provided by a Nevada-licensed massage therapist. We are a neurofeedback and massage studio, not a medical or mental-health clinic — we do not diagnose, and we coordinate with your clinician whenever you want us to.

How a VA referral works →Neurofeedback is EEG biofeedback — brain training. Sensors on your scalp read your brain's electrical activity; visuals and sound change in real time as your brain shifts toward calmer or more focused patterns, rewarding those states so they become easier to reach. Nothing is sent into your head. We use the automated BrainPaint® system.
The honest answer is 'promising, still developing.' It has been studied for more than 50 years and many people report benefit, but the strongest recent reviews (for PTSD and for ADHD) find small or no advantage over sham training on the most rigorous measures. We describe it as a complement to care, never a cure, and we will not promise a result.
Quiet and, for most people, deeply relaxing. You sit in a comfortable chair with a few sensors on your scalp and ears and watch flowing visuals and sound that respond to your own brain activity. There is no needle, current, or injection — the sensors only listen. The most common after-effects are feeling tired or very relaxed for an hour or two.
Providers commonly suggest 10–30 sessions, one to three times a week; research studies that show benefit typically ran 20 or more. You can start with a single Evaluation & First Session and decide from there. Packages lower the per-session price.
Yes — and we prefer it that way. Neurofeedback is a complement to care, not a replacement for it. Keep your prescriber and therapist in the loop; with your written permission we will send them a short summary of what we observe in sessions. Never change a medication without talking to the person who prescribed it.
We are cash-pay and do not bill insurance or provide superbills. Some veterans can access neurofeedback through VA community care via our clinical partner, Dr. Don Posson — see the veterans page for exactly how that referral works. Itemized receipts are available for HSA/FSA claims.
